Routing between local interfaces/networks

I have configured two local network interfaces, one is 192.168.1.x/24 and another is 10.0.4.x/22. Hosts located in both networks can access the internet, but unfortunately can't talk to each other. Where is the option to allow communication?

Are they in the same zone or different? If different you will need to add a rule for zone -> zone and also one in reverse.

I'm running a /22 (10.0.0.0) at home. I've been trying various ways (based on some posts) to set up a LAN to LAN rule but I can't get it right. If someone would be kind enough to do a step by step screenshot using the latest version it would be greatly appreciated.
