Internal Server Error

Hi

Upgraded from 17GA to 17 MR-2, and upon reboot when I connect to the device via the webadmin, I get Internal Server Error.
All traffic and rules are still flowing, and the User Portal still works, but can't sign into the admin side.

Any ideas on how to fix it? Tried a power cycle, but still the same error.

Thanks!

Brad

  • I have still the same problem, the only temporary way to access your web admin is rollback the previous firmware by follow the below steps

    Access your device through SSH

Then Go to Device Management > Show firmware to check previews firmware No. & exit

Then go to Advanced Shell and type rebootfw -f (x)

    (x) = firmware no. is not currently used

    Good luck

  • Hi Dear,

Thank you for this workaround information, obviously is not solution revers back, done aleady every time tryed with MR2 and MR3, will be nice to apply the newest firmware update, or know what is cause problem. Not try newest installation yeat "vanilla", and restore settings from a backup, this will probably lose all mail logs and reports data back running time, anyone tested?. Thank you
