Local PC Issue ( Single PC, not global issue)

Hi Everyone, I'm going to try my best to explain this issue.

 

Since installing our new Sophos firewall, our Accounting dept, has been impacted severely with a post process through email. The accounting software generates the reports and uses Microsoft Outlook to send each staff person they email with the PDF summary of their pay and prior to the firewall update this procedure took anywhere from 3-5 minutes.

Since installation this process now takes about an hour and half and I am at a loss as to why, the only thing I can think of is that this firewall is more restrictive and maybe its scanning the traffic from Outlook now going out, not really sure where to start for troubleshooting.

I only LAN-WAN rule I have is the default one with some slight changes.
