Unable to add IP Range on permitted Resource of SSL-VPN

Hi, I am configuring an SSL-VPN and I am encountering the following issue.

In the section IP Access on permitted IP resource I am unable to add an IP range, only single IP HOST are visible. Is it normal?

I don't want to add a lot of IP host.

Hi Alessandro,

To specify a range, click 'Add New Item' under Permitted Network Resources > Create new > Network > IP Range

Hi Karlos, the IP Range that I create is not listed on the Permtted Resource. This happens for each IP range defined.

Hi Alessandro,

The best way to specify the IP range you'd like VPN users to have access to is via the Firewall Policy.

Similar to this KBA: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/122769#Creating a firewall rule you would need a VPN->LAN rule. All you would do differently is specify the IP range you created in the Destination Networks column.
