Security Heartbeat stopped working in V17 MR1

Dear Sir

From yesterday Security Heartbeat in V17 MR2 stopped working. I have have done the re registration also but only I am getting Connected 0. need Help

can you please provide logfile errors in /log/heartbeatd.log? Otherwise it is hard to help you.
