SFM iView Integration Errors

I've setup Integration between the two and it seems to work, but in SFM I'm always getting these errors:

 

System Event

Device with Device "SERIAL OF MY FIREWALL"  failed to insert

 

Over and over and over again.. Any idea of what's going on and how to fix it?

 

Running latest and greatest of all releases..
