v17 nSXLd not working

nSXLd outputs error "Unable to create SSL connection".
Every site's web category is Uncategorized. Page load is very slow.

  • Hi,

    how long has your XG been on line? What is your internet link speed? Check your DNS settings to ensure you can resolve addresses.

    To me it looks like the database is still downloading after the initial build.

    DNS is fine.
    I think on line time is not matter.


    There seems to be a problem when using Parent proxy.
    There was no problem with v16.

  • There is a known issue with using nsxld when using parent proxies that are slow to respond.  I don't know if this is what you are experiencing, but it could be.

    The known issue will be fixed in MR5, currently scheduled for mid-January.

    If you need a fix before then, please contact support.
