Allow Guest Wireless to VPN for testing

All,

 

we have set up a guest wireless with its own zone.  a simple firewall rule to allow internet access, very basic.

 

I would like to use the guest wireless for testing vpn access into the network, but right now its failing.  

 

The log is showing that its failing rule 0:
