How to block WAN IP address

Hi,

I want to create a "blacklist" of WAN IP that must be blocked to access an XG v17. It's better to create a network or business rule?

    I have been asked the same question on V16 and open a case. (case ID:6993046)

    And support team answered me there is no the function on XG.

    If we want to block the WAN IP, we only can block it from Wan to Lan business application rule...

    I also want to know if V17 can do this!
