My Mac devices (iMac's & Macbooks) can no longer contact the primary server for updates. Has anyone experienced this and if so how did you resolve it..

I actually discovered this when attempting to install Sophos Endpoint on a new Macbook. At lunch I took the device home with me and tried it there and it installed perfectly. So it was at that point that I realized that my Sophos XG Firewall is someone blocking Apple devices.. Any help is GREATLY appreciated...
