CCTV & Room temperature not able to send email alert

Hi,

I already set firewall in captive user ip range from 192.168.1.200 - 192.168.1.254 allow all traffic and server will able to send email alert to some user.

but after testing we not able to receive the email, may I know how to resolve it, thank you.
