XG starts automatically logs out when OTP is enabled

I had enabled OTP and it was working just fine for about a week. However, earlier today, each time I logged in, after about 20-30 seconds, Sophos would automatically log me out and show me the login screen. This stopped once I disabled OTP.

I doubt that this could be attributable to misconfiguration, but if anyone has any thoughts, I'd be happy to hear them. Has anyone else experienced this type of behaviour? Not critical but would be nice to get OTP working again.

    Thank you Ian. And sorry I should have provided a bit more detail:

    - I'm on XG v. 17.01 MR-1

    - I did search the forum but forgot to expressly mention that in the original query. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find anything similar. I did find posts on users being logged out automatically but that was for AD-authenticated users and the problem didn't seem to resemble what I was experiencing. I didn't find anything that specifically referenced the use of OTPs, which in my case seemed to be the cause (insofar as the problem went away when I turned it off). Of course I certainly don't profess to be a search guru so if you happen to know where the discussion could be found I'd be most grateful.

    - I also reviewed the logs for Admin. All I see is a series of log ins and no record of being logged out automatically.
