hey guys, i would like to consult with you about how to build my home network.
basically i have a cable modem (bridge mode) which connect my xg firewall to the internet.
to the xg firewall, i connected my pc and a linksys router to act as an access point :).
so far so good!
i bought some items to make a smart home (google home mini), some yeelight bulbs, chromecast etc..
basically, i want to connect my iphone via vpn to my home network, so i could control my devices from the lan.
the reason for that - i dont want the iot devices to go outside since i dont trust their security.
im still learning the firewall capabilities, i know it can be done, but i guess i would need external apps and services to do it.
i would be happy to get any guidance from you guys
