Whitelisting

Hello,

URGENT!

I have recently noticed that they left out any way for "Users" or Admins to "Whitelist" email addresses that are getting quarantined. I have to go sort through the logs to try and find out why the real estate agent that sends mail to a large number of people everyday at one of my clients is now getting sent to quarantine. What's worse is that they can't whitelist her (like we used to be able to so) and there is no place on the new firewall for an admin to whitelist email addresses.

Can you please ask them to put in the Whitelist / Blacklist feature for end users and administrators?

We need to be able to find and fix the miscatagorized emails that we deal with daily.

Thanks, Mark

  • Karlos,

Thanks for stepping up to answer (1) of my submissions for a feature repair. What I have to say is no reflection on you.

I already knew it wasn't possible and I was submitting this as a feature request. This was my submitting this as a repair and/or feature request. Because we DID have this in the previous firmware and WE NEED it in this firmware NOW. It is ridiculous for us to change the way we are doing things because they forgot to add this into the new firmware.

Once I figure out how to turn this into a feature request I will. The is why I tagged it that way.
