implicit rules and exclude urls in web catagory

hey guys,

 

quick questions here:

 

1) when i perform check policy for: src(my pc) to dst(sophos management url), i see its blocked (even when we are in the same lan).

usually i want a firewall rule for who can manage the firewall, so is there an implicit rule for going to https://172.16.16.16:4444?

how can i arrange for my pc only to reach the sophos management? (the pc is 172.16.16.17).

 

2) when going to ccleaner website i get this block page:

how can i exclude it?

i only saw the possibility to remove the entire catagory :(

    ok i believe the answer to the first question is administration -> device access. those are the implicit rules.

     

    as for the second question, i had to create a url group and then add a domain and add that to the default policy which is install on the firewall rule from lan to wan :x
