URGENT!
Due to recent issues involving Sophos Support. I have noticed that the new XG Series doesn't have any method to report non delivery for email. I just lets them sit and doesn't report back.
We seriously need to get this into the firmware!
My emails to support were going unanswered. I found out days later there was an issue on the firewall that caused them not to go out. You can find all those undelivered emails if you change the date on the "Mail Spool" and look back. Where I found lots of stuff that never went out and has not been reported as undelivered.
Please put in a request to get non delivery reporting into the next firmware update.
