Site-to-site VPN (IPSec) active but no traffic

Dear All, 
 
 I have a site-to-site VPN based on IPSec set-up. The VPN connection is active and it is connected. However no traffic is being send through the VPN connection. 
 
 I checked the manuals and tried it with static routing but without any succes. Does somebody have an idea how to solve this?

 If your tunnel uses SHA2 256bit this may be caused by a bug in some IPSec devices, which are truncating the hashes to 96-bit instead of 128bit. 
 Please check your 'IPSec Profile' and try if ticking the checkbox 'SHA2 with 96-bit truncation' helps. The Profile change will be considered for the next time you 
 establish the tunnel, therefore please disconnect the tunnel manually (by clicking on the green bubble) for the changes to take effect.
