RED10 - Connection problems

Hej,

after a couple of RED10 disconnections, I have rebuilt the RED10 with the Sophos tool (community.sophos.com/.../118843) This was successful so far. However, the connection is still not working. The following errors occur in the red.log:

Wed Nov 22 09:00:43 2017 REDD server: Can not do SSL handshake on Socket accept: SSL accept attempt failed because of handshake problems
Wed Nov 22 09:00:58 2017 REDD server: Can not do SSL handshake on Socket accept: SSL wants a read first

XG was version v17 MR-1. I have tried it in "Automatically via Provisioning Service" and "Manually via USB Stick". Both not working.

What could I do?
