Firmware upgrade to 17 on Azure VM

Hi,

I'm having difficulty upgrading a Windows Azure virtual machine to firmware version 17.  The VM was built from the Sophos XG machine image within Azure.  The model/version details on the homepage are SF01V (SFOS 16.05.1 MR-1).

If I click Check for new Firmware, it says "No upgrades available"

I've tried downloading the firmware file and uploading manually.  I first tried the version for Virtual HyperV, VI-SFOS_17.0.1_MR-1.HYV-98.gpg and then the version for Software, SW-SFOS_17.0.1_MR-1.SFW-98.gpg - both of which say they are for SF01V.

With both of them, I get a green: "Firmware validated successfully.  Applying firmware please wait."

Then it fails with a red: "New firmware could not be uploaded.  Please refer to online help for possible reasons."  I can't find anything more in the logs.

Does anyone know how I can complete this upgrade, or if not yet, when?  I'm planning and testing a new network for a customer which relies on Site-to-Site VPNs between physical XG devices and this virtual one and need to get them up to the same version as the different versions have broken the IPSec connections and I'm reluctant to downgrade the physical devices.

Thanks,
Stephen.
