Sophos AP100 reset

Hi Mohammed,

To clarify, your XG is not able to detect an AP 100, but your saying its getting assigned a DHCP address?

Could you share relevant wireless or authentication log lines?

Unfortunately our recovery tool is only available for AP 10, 30 & 50: How to recover a Sophos RED device / Sophos Access Point

The device is not showing in the Wirelesss Protection logs, would it show anywhere else? Our other AP100C's and AP55C's show up in the logs.

How is the AP connected to the XG? Could you connect it directly to an available port and let me know if it seen. Make sure you add that port to the Allowed Zone in your Wireless Settings. Please let me know the results.

I have tried your recommendation however it is still not being detected I'm afraid.

If it is not detected even after directly connecting to your firewall (make sure you try different cables as well), then your only option would be to RMA the device. 

You can do so by opening a ticket with our Support Team
