XG 105w, SFOS 17.0.1 MR-1
Hello all,
we bought an AP15C about three weeks ago. For about two days the device did work as expected after it seemed to download a new firmware successfully. Then a few hours later the blink code changed from blinking green (all is OK) to orange and green alternating blinking (code is not even specified by Sophos!). The XG GUI did not show the AP as active (as before) or even pending any more. It seemed to be a flawed firmware. After consultation of my sales guy who was very supportive and arranged swiftly a replacement, I received a new AP15C today. Plugged it in full of expectation and... no connection to XG again (now from the beginning) but blinking code is orange now which does match the missing link to the XG. Sometimes the AP does reboot, 5x blinking green and the again orange without any changes. Great product.
I do not know if this is a problem of the AP or of the SFOS v17.
Any suggestions are very welcome.
