Hi all
For some reason I am unable to activate the Sophos Home version of the XG.
I have my Serial key and have setup the PPOE connection which is connected and I am able to browse the web.
The XG is on Vmware as a virtual machine
When I first try to activate the license
After clicking check connection 
However it gets stuck in a loop and will not pass this screen unless I skip.
Any idea's?
