Sophos XG unable to display ADSSO user

Hi All,

I'm facing an issue here that the XG firewall seems doesn't communicate with the STAS.

On the STAS, we are able to see there's AD user being login on the Live user tab. However at user under XG firewall, there's no user shown.

I have been cracking my head up regarding this by totally removed the AD server, collector, disabled the STAS service and re-do again but still the same results. Under XG, the device services has enabled for AD authentication as well.

I have noticed that STAS on AD server, the collector we have set to the XG but on the connected device showing empty but when we doing connection test to the XG it is able to connect.

The connection pattern is like below

10.1.1.1 - DMZ

172.16.0.253 - External

10.1.10.1 - LAN

Currently the AD Server are located at the DMZ and user are located at LAN, I'm not so sure the collector putting at 10.1.1.1 is the correct or not.
