I have a customer who was able to send us email for several years (our domain was managed by a SG 310 unit).
We moved our mail services on cloud, adopting XG virtual (SFOS 16.05.8 MR-8) to protect our mail server (MTA mode) discovering lot of limits on antispam management ...
My customer started to have issue sending mail to our domain, as described here:

Your message cannot be delivered to the following recipients:
Recipient address: <my.mailbox@abcdefg.com>
Reason: Remote server rejected HELO command.
Diagnostic code: smtp;501 Syntax error in parameters or arguments
Remote system: dns;mx.abcdefg.com (TCP|172.16.42.12|56950|###.##.###.###|25) (mx.abcdefg.com ESMTP ready)

The problem is that nothing appears in awarrenmta.log and any debug operation seems unuseful ....
Any suggestions ?
Alex.
