2.4G/5G auto select problem

Hello Shunze Lee,

If you are using AP55 or higher, you can create two different Wireless network SSID.

1. Create first network with name Office2.4g and select Frequency Band as 2.4 GHz from the drop down list

2. Create second network with name Office5g and select Frequency Band as 5 GHz from the drop down list

Attach both wireless network to AP.

Hi Lee,

It is the Wireless client preference to chose the band to which it want to connect.

for windows you can set band preference from device manager as shown in attached screenshot.

Hi Ronak,

After upgrade user's wifi driver, it shows the "band preferred" option.

And user can connect with 5G first already.
