iPad can't connect to Apple AppStore if I enable Web Content Cache

If I enable this 'Web->Advanced->enable web content cache' then my iPad not able to connect to Apple AppStore

I have Apple Update exception turned on in the exception panel but only three options, HTTPS decryption, Malware scanning and Policy Checkes.

Does policy checks including content caching?

 

Is there a way to create content caching exception?

    I am interested in the same issue, my iPhones connect, but my ipad won't which is strange as both are running IOS 11.1
