Can't get to icloud or anything from the Apple App store

Hello,

We are brand new users to Sophos and are having a lot of difficulty getting some things to work. We are using a Device Management system to control our iPads (School environment). The commands from the MDM gets to the iPads (To update apps), however, the iPads throw an error stating they can't download the apps. I have gone through the forums and added exceptions to Web area that were suggested but am not having any luck. 

 

How can I get this to work?

    For further information, could you please utilize the Packet Capture tool located in Monitor & Analyze | Diagnostics, and verify which firewall rule your iPad traffic is matching to?
    Please also share a screenshot of the configuration for this firewall rule being used.
