Whitelist external Apache Proxy IP

Hi,

We are running an XG230 with firmware SFOS 16.05.6 MR-6.

We currently have an external Managed Service Provider/ISP providing us with a proxy/failover type of configuration for our websites hosted on premise. This particular services regularly polls our sites and display a maintenance page if they become unavailable publicly.

Our issue is that the Sophos appears to be recording every passed request as an intrusion attempt under classification - Appache HTTP Server mod_rpaf x-forwarded-for Denial of Service -

Is there a way that I can whitelist this particular IP Address so that it is not incorrectly classified ?
