Thank you, I have watched every XG video out there and some were helpful but they are basic, enough for possibly a home user or very small business but nothing geared for Enterprise with the exception of some SSL VPN access.  But little by little I am starting to understand more.

Though certainly not Enterprise grade tutorials, Firewalls.com has some decent introductory vids (AD Integration, etc.). They made me a bit more comfortable tackling AD integration, STAS and some other light configs. Not perfect, but kept me from blindly clicking stuff:
