why the wan port is always red

I changed the cable. I changed the ethernet port. I changed the ethernet card. but always red.

Please go to Network -> WAN Link Manager -> choose red network and add failover rule:

I think, this is Your problem.

Unfortunately, it did not happen. I changed the modem, it did not happen again

problem is solved. the two addresses were the same ip address. when someone did the address 192.168.3.1.
