iDrive backup client

I have the iDrive.com online backup client running on a Synology NAS on my LAN.  The iDrive backup hasn't worked since I moved from UTM to XG.

Has anyone got iDrive backup working behind the XG?  If so, can they offer me any help with the XG setup please?
