Enabling OTP "OTP settings were not updated"

I'm trying to enable OTP on our XG 310 firewall for SSL VPN only. When I set "One-Time Password" to ON and only have SSL VPN Remote Access enabled under "Enable OTP for facilities:" I get there error message "OTP settings were not updated". I can enable this for WebAdmin and User Portal, however not for SSL VPN. I'm using the following guide.

    Hello,

    If you have enable Auto generate OTP token for all user the you also need to enable User portal.

    If you need to enable OTP only for SSL VPN you need to disable Auto generate OTP token and generate OTP tokens manually gor every user.

    Note. If you enable OTP for user portal it will also enable for Captive Portal.
