Lost all MPLS traffic after upgrading to V17

Lost all traffic of MPLS and P2P lines after upgrading to SFOS 17.0.0 GA

To restore the business traffic, I have restored to SFOS 16.05.8 MR-8

What is causing this? could not have much time to do R & D as links were down and we can not afford downtime.
