How do you turn application filtering completely off like you used to be able to do on the UTMs?

Working on my first new XG Firewall and the application filtering is driving me insane. Is there a way to just turn off application filtering completely the way you used to be able to do on the UTM 9s?

Hi, 
 you would have to select none in all your firewall rules. 
 
 I suspect both web policy and Application control in all firewall rules.
