Help accessing nest.com using Web Policy

I'm on Sophos XG 17 and am having trouble accessing nest.com. Browsers (Mac / Windows) give an error (can't connect) or just keep spinning when I try to get to nest.com The one thing I can turn off which resolves it is the Web Policy. Going from the web policy I am using to no web policy defined in the Firewall allows nest.com to load. The web policy applied is very simple. I dumb it down even further to just a single item of Default Action HTTP is allowed and it still fails me. I can't find anything in the logs to help me. I would like to still keep a Web Policy in place and get to nest.com Thanks for any help

can you post a screenshot of the policy and firewall rule?

TBH, this doesn't sound like a web filtering issue...if it was failing your web filter policy, you would get a warning or block message. I would try toggling your IPS settings to see if that helps.

With the Web Policy set to None the website nest.com loads with no problem. I don't see anything in my logs for this.

hmm, very weird. you might try running a packet capture with filtering for that host. Run it with the web filter policy on and off to check for differences.
