Issue with packet error on lan-interface

 Hi there,

 

we have a Sophos XG 115W and there are many many packet errors on the LAN-Interface (Port1) that i can see at the connected port at the HP switch 1820. But we have no packet-loss. The 

As a test i switched the connection mode on both sides from Auto-neogation to 100Mbit-Fullduplex, but it hasn´t changed anything. Of course i changed the network cable and the port too.

Ping from Switch to Sophos XG (Very high response time):

Reply from 192.168.2.252: icmp_seq=0 time=1806 usec.
Reply from 192.168.2.252: icmp_seq=1 time=3109 usec.
Reply from 192.168.2.252: icmp_seq=2 time=1970 usec.
Reply from 192.168.2.252: icmp_seq=3 time=1795 usec.

Ping from Sophos XG to Switch

1008 bytes from 192.168.2.251: seq=3 ttl=64 time=4.490 ms

Can anyone help?
