Not able to install v 17

Hi,

I'm currently running SFOS 16.05.8 MR-8. I'm trying to install v17 that I've downloaded from the MySophos Portal. Everytime time I upload it, it says it failed. 

I was trying to just do an upload and not an upload and reboot. Could that be the issue? I'd like to have it uploaded, so that I could do the reboot after business hours.

    Hi,

    sounds like you are trying to install the ISO which will not work or you have downloaded the wrong version eg hardware version not a software version.

    Please post the name of the software package.
