Training and Certificiation

I am in a similar position. We use 2 XG210s in production, and a 105 in a test environment (my house!)

I am booked in to do the 2 day customer certification at the end of November at HQ in Abingdon.

Looking forward to it, and my employer uses these types of things to learn about the product rather than worry about passing an exam.

If I pass the exam, its a bonus! :-)

I assume that you are in Europe.  they don't have any north American classes scheduled at all for the year at this point.  even the online webinar is showing blank on the website when choosing north America.

and of course I brought this up with my sales rep a couple of weeks ago. They acted as if "of course we offer training".  well, technically they do but its just never available.

We apologize for any confusion.  We are currently working on updates to our customer and partner training calendars on Sophos.com which will update the pages with the correct calendar of course that are available in North America.  

We do currently have many courses available in North America for both Customers and Partners. 

For Customer Training you have 2 options for our Administration level courses.

• Self-Paced/Web Based Training - Many of our Administration level courses are available as self-paced training that you can purchase from a Sophos Partner. 
• Virtual Classroom/Live Delivery - If you prefer a live training option you can see upcoming courses on the website of our Authorized Training Center that are available for registration (https://www.ingrammicrotraining.com/Search.aspx?Vendor=SOPHOS)

For Partner Training - You can access the upcoming training calendar from within the Partner Portal in the Training section under calendar.  You can also register for the class from that site.
