I have a sophos Model SG125 firewall (S1604872A3ABE96), we are trying to make a connection via ipsec with a cisco ASA, but they do not close connection.

Initial DH public key sent to respond. Awaiting initial contact reply from other side.
If stuck here it usually means the other end is not responding. This could be due to the far end or the ISAKMP enabled on the outside or the far end is down.
The sophos log viewer displays the following message:
Max number of retransmission 2 reachead. No response to first IKE message
