Spamfilter filtert nicht mehr gut genug

Hallo,

unsere Anwender beklagen, dass sie in letzter Zeit vermehrt Spam-Mails im Postfach haben. Als Spamfilter sollte die Sophos UTM9 fungieren, bzw. sie tut das auch (gestern über 1300 geblockte Nachrichten), jedoch scheinbar nicht mehr so gut wie bisher.

 

"Empfohlene RBLs verwenden" ist angehakt, aber kann ich irgendwo sehen, ob das Aktualisieren der Listen funktioniert?

Zu den erweiterten Optionen:

 

X  Ungültige HELO/fehlende RDNS ablehnen
- Strikte RDNS-Prüfungen durchführen
X Greylisting verwenden
X BATV verwenden
X SPF-Prüfung durchführen 

Hat jemand eine Idee, an was das liegen könnte?

    Without seeing an example spam with headers and the related lines in the SMTP log, it's difficult to respond.  Obfuscate your private information like domaine.de, 176.x.y.212, 192.168.x.23, etc.
