No rule for Wan to Lan

Hi,

We are having problem transferring calls from AU to PH but PH to AU can transfer call.

I tried to packet captured it and it showing me "status=incoming" but "rule=0" for the source IP= (which is the VOIP server) to Dest IP= (our isp)

Do I have to create a Business rule for it?

Hi CEBU_XG

You use XG or what please give more detail! Try to create rule to allow if you think no rule because if XG Firewall no rule no allowed!

Hi Chheng,

These are just dummy IPS:
Source IP: 1.1.1.1 (Voice Server IP)
Destination: 2.2.2.2 (ISP)

We have about 5 users with static IP.

I'm confused where should I defined these IPs plus our 5 users (static IP)
