Sophos XG IPSec Failover Group

Hello. I have a odd issue with my Sophos XG 330. I've created multiple failover groups and for some reason some activate while others say it's activated but clearly on the status page it's not active. See attached image.

I've recreated the IPSEC connections and the failover group but that yields no results.

    I'm having the same issue in SFOS 16.05.5 MR-5.  I have 15 configured failover groups, with two to five tunnels per group.  I'm only able to activate 4 of them.  Is there a bug in the GUI?  Is there some sort of limitation to the number of VPN failover groups?  My client is counting on these groups to ensure limited down-time in the event of a circuit outage.
