Different policy rules - Sophos XG as proxy or firewall

We have a Sophos XG firewall and into LAN zone , we will have PCs with sophos XG as explicit proxy and others pcs that browse without proxy configured (default gateway).

 

Is it possible to configure differents rules to pcs with proxy or without proxy?
