How do I grant users access to all devices in SFM?

Question

I have 3 users configured in SFM. I want them to see all devices that are managed by the SFM. I thought making them all Admins (rather than device admins) would give them full access, but it does not. They can only see devices that are explicitly assigned to them. 
 I tried creating a group that would include all devices, but there isn't an easy way to do that. If you create a group that misses a device, you can't edit the group definition. 
 Is this going to be a manual process of assigning all devices to each user? It isn't bad doing it once, but I don't want to do it every day.

Hi Brent, 
 While adding device in SFM from Device Discovery or manually adding, you can add users to whom you want to give access rights. 
 
 By default only Admin user have access to all the devices.
