Sophos XG - Probleme mit Aktivierung

Hallo,

ich habe folgendes Problem:

Während der Installation wird die Seriennummer verlangt, nachdem ich die eingegeben habe bekomme ich jedesmal eine Rebootschleife.

Das passiert aber auch nach dem ich das Setup abgeschlossen habe und ich nachträglich die Seriennummer eingeben möchte.

Ist das ein bekanntes Problem bzw. wie werde ich das los?

    Alexander,

    are you using an XG appliance? SW Home version or SW Version?

    Give us more details about the HW you are using.

    Hi,

    I would like to use Home-Version of Sophos XG.
    I installed it on a Porxmox-Host Version 5 with the following details:

    - 4 GB RAM
    - 8 CPU cores
    - 2x Intel NIC

    The Installimage of Sophos XG is "SW-SFOS_16.05.8_MR-8.SFW-320"

    After installation everything is fine.
    I would like to register the XG for Home use, but if I type the serialnumber into Web or Console the Sophos XG reboots endless.
