Do not forget that for AD users, you need to configure RADIUS.

are you trying with local user or AD users?

Do you find something useful on logs?

PPTP is ok now but when i connect to vpn no internet on my network how to solve it ?

Shair,

you need to create a firewall rule that allows the IP range leased to PPTP clients to allow internet.

PPTP should not be used (authentication process occurs in clear text).
