SSO User Inactivity Interval

I have XG210. The Firmware version is: HW-SFOS_16.05.8_MR-8.SF300-320

I am using STAS on Windows 2008 R2 Server

In STA collector agent, I Enabled Logoff Detection and have set the interval to 3600 seconds (60 minutes), and Set the detection: Ping
Dead entry timeout 0

On XG 210, I Enabled User Inactivity and set the Timer 192 minutes (12 hours)
Data Transfer Threshold 100 Bytes

My problem is the Windows users are still getting logged off every 1 hour. Users have to log off windows and login again for authentication and this is irritating.

I have two questions:

1) Why is the setting on XG, the Timer 192 minutes not working? 

2) How to increase Logoff Detection interval more than 3600 seconds in STA collector agent?
