SSO AD Authentication

I am trying to implement SSO with a single AD, I have been able to connect the AD sucessfully, the CTAS is also running but for some reason AD users are not being able to authenticate. The error that appears on the cyberoam is " User xxxx failed to login to Firewall through AD because of wrong credentials" but all credentials supplied are correct.

Hi Prince,

Did you install the STAS Suite or Agent/Collector?

Make sure that the AD Server has the UDP port 6677 open for communication between STAS and SF.

Make sure that the AD Server has the TCP port 5566 open for communication between the STA Collector and STA Agent.

Could you ensure that you have followed setup instructions as provided in the following KBAs:

1. Single AD DC: Sophos Firewall: Clientless Single Sign-On in a Single Active Directory Domain Controller Environment

2. Multiple: How to Implement Clientless SSO with Multiple Active Directory Domain Controller
