Unable to Block Gmail attachment/chat

Hello Everyone,

I am unable to block gmail attachemnt/chat in sophos xg 16.05.07 via Application control. I have also tried with SSL decryption method without luck.

please advise

You are referring to Google Hangout?
If yes, I tried to block it anyway. Just view all logs regarding google hangouts.
then block it to web policy
