IPS Blocking some Steam downloads - Signature ID 1170412090

Question

Hi 
 Recently getting some Steam updates being blocked by IPS with the result "Signature ID 1170412090 Adobe Acrobat ImageConversion PCX Parsing Out-Of-Bounds". 
 This is a false positive for me and I'd like to exclude this rule. However, I can't seem to figure out how to do it and I'm suspect that I'm missing something quite simple. 
 I'm using the already existing lantowan_general policy, which if I remove the downloads complete successfully.

 built-in IPS profiles cannot be edit. Clone it and remove the Signature from the Policy. 
 False-positive are common on signature-based IPS. 
 Regards
